Saud Albuainain
Saud is currently a Director of Business Transformation at EY. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), and a Certified Process Professional (CPP Master) with more than 15 years of experience in project management, business analysis, and business process reengineering.
He has successfully led and delivered complex and strategic transformation programs for diverse organizations in the public, private, and non-governmental sectors in Saudi Arabia and Bahrain, achieving significant operational efficiencies and cost savings. He has also co-founded and chaired Youth Pioneer Society, the first NGO in Bahrain concerned with youth professional development, and has delivered over 40 speeches, seminars, and training workshops on management and leadership topics. Saud is passionate about promoting excellence and innovation in business practices and empowering the next generation of leaders.
