Saud Albuainain is a project management and business analysis professional, currently assuming the role of a Sr. Transformation Manager in one of the leading banks in the Middle East.

He previously assisted in developing and delivering strategic Vision 2030 projects to clients in Saudi Arabia, through his role as a Management Consultant in PwC Middle East, and assumed the position of Head Strategic Projects in the Office of the First Deputy Prime Minister of Bahrain; ensuring the implementation of the Bahraini Government’s Plan of Action in civil service reform and business process re-engineering.

He obtained his M.Sc. in Information Systems & Technology Management from George Washington University and B.Sc. in Information Sciences & Technology from Pennsylvania State University. He’s also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), an Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), and a Certified Process Master (CPP Master®).

Saud is dedicated to promoting excellence and business best-practices, and has delivered over 40 management and leadership speeches, seminars, and training workshops to diverse audiences, industries, and companies.

In 2012, he co-founded and chaired Youth Pioneer Society, the first civil society organization in Bahrain to be established with a focus on youth professional development. The NGO has so far provided training and consultation services to more than 4000 beneficiaries in leadership, entrepreneurship, and career development, in collaboration with more than 35 governmental and corporate, local and international organizations.

Having been to more than 30 countries on five continents, Saud continues to explore the world, and to share and build-up his expertise.
